Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be new, unused, and unworn.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless required by applicable UK consumer law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive:

• A damaged item
• A defective item
• The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We accept exchanges.
